Recruitment Privacy Notice

This notice explains how PPAL TEKK PRIVATE LIMITED, operating the proposed studio brand “Tusk & Dot”, handles information you share when applying for a role.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, résumé, and any LinkedIn or portfolio links you choose to share, plus the role, date and privacy acknowledgement of your application. Our hiring team may record internal review notes and application status history.

Why

Solely to assess your application and contact you about it. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

Storage and access

Applications and résumés are stored privately in Lovable Cloud and are accessible only to authorised members of our hiring team. When recruitment email is enabled, Resend processes your name, email address and role to send a receipt or a decision email.

How long we keep your information

We keep your application information, including your CV, for approximately 12 months. Applications are reviewed for deletion monthly, so information may be retained for up to 13 months. If you join our team, your information becomes part of your employment records.

Your choices and contact

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@tuskndot.com. This mailbox is the contact for recruitment, privacy and general questions. Please do not submit sensitive personal information unrelated to your application.
